This policy explains how cancellations work for projects performed by Polyekhin Construction Group LLC, operating as PremiumSpace.
1. Your 3-Day Right to Cancel
Under New York and New Jersey home-improvement law, you have the right to cancel a signed home-improvement contract until midnight of the third business day after you sign it. To cancel, notify us in writing (email or letter) within that period. If you cancel within this window, any deposit you paid will be refunded as required by law.
2. Cancelling After the 3-Day Period
If you cancel after the 3-business-day period, we will refund amounts paid less the cost of any materials already ordered or special-ordered for your project and any labor or services already performed in good faith up to the cancellation date.
3. Deposits
Deposits reserve your project date and cover initial materials and planning. Deposit amounts and terms are stated in your written contract. (Confirm your deposit terms comply with applicable state limits.)
4. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Us
If we must reschedule due to weather, supply, or other circumstances, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new date. If we cancel a project entirely before work begins, any deposit will be refunded.
